Acceptance of Terms

  • By purchasing and downloading music from Hypernatural, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you must not purchase or use the music from this site.


Copyright and Ownership

  •  All music available on this website is the original work of Andrés Giuffre and is protected by copyright laws. Andrés Giuffre retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the music. Your purchase of a track does not transfer ownership rights, only a license for use.


Commercial and Non-Commercial License Grant

  •  Upon purchasing a track, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the music in your projects, both commercial and non-commercial, throughout the world. This includes, but is not limited to:

    - Video games and mobile applications.
    - YouTube, Twitch, and social media content.
    - Films, short films, TV shows and documentaries.
    - Advertisements, corporate presentations, and podcasts.
    - Any other project requiring the synchronization of music with visual or audio content.


Usage Restrictions (What You May NOT Do)

  • The license does not grant you the right to:

    - Sell, sublicense, redistribute, or give away the music as a standalone audio file, meaning without it being synchronized with a project.
    - Claim copyright or intellectual property rights to the music.
    - Use the music in projects that promote violence, hatred, discrimination, or any illegal activity.
    - Alter the music in a way that modifies its original intent or that allows it to be redistributed independently (e.g., creating remixes for sale).

Attribution

  • While not mandatory, attribution is greatly appreciated. If you choose to provide attribution, please include the following information in your project's credits or description:

    - "Music: Hypernatural"
    - (Optional): "Find more music at: https://hypernatural.odoo.com".

Limitation of Liability

  •  The music is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it will be suitable for every project. Our liability is limited to the cost of the music purchased.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of the music, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, in the event of one of the following issues, the customer is entitled to request a full refund or a replacement of the file:

​- Corrupted File: The downloaded music file is damaged and cannot be played.
​- Download Issue: The download link does not work after the purchase.
​- Incorrect Product: The music file delivered is different from the one that was purchased.

In any of these cases, the customer must contact us within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, providing a description of the problem and screenshots with ​ ​evidence. We reserve the right to verify the validity of the issue before issuing a refund or sending the correct file.​
